Photography Tip to evoke emotion from your images

Ask yourself the question. What makes an image call for an emotion? Is it the actual subject or the subjects actions or the background? Well it can be all of the above depending on the photographic lighting used. If you intend a happy fun filled image then the more light the better. If you are looking for an edgy serious image add some defining shadows.

p.s. When capturing an image, i find myself examining the image and identifying how i can make it my own through my style. I try to keep my photography consistent to help establish my style to the public.
